Will technology ever advance this far?

Do you think even Apple could make a computer like this: You pick it up and it weighs as much as one of those children’s books with the giant text; Press a button on the lid and it opens auto with the monitor being separate from the keyboard but they are joined by a very small hinge; Once it has opened fully it starts to power up and the power up session is as fast as when you download a book for your Kindle; The keyboard is touch sensor you only have to very lightly tap the part of the board where the letter is to make it appear, no pressing buttons; The screen is touch sensor as well so there is no need for a mouse; The screen and the keyboard are the width of the cover of a hardback book so you can imagine how thin that is. You get the kind of picture I am trying to paint but will technology ever advance that far before the world ends in like 3000?

That isn’t as advanced as you think. I would venture to guess that the technology for what you describe already exists, yet is not in production at this point

Hell, in 3000 we’ll probably have personal holographic computers that project a screen from a brain implant
